The Act 537 Special Study can be viewed at the Benner Township Municipal Building at 1224 Buffalo Run Road, Bellefonte or the Spring Benner Walker Joint Authority Office at 170 Irish Hollow Road, Bellefonte or at the Authority’s web page at  www.sbwja.com  The deadline to submit comments on the study is December 31, 2019.  Written comments should be submitted to Gwin, Dobson and Foreman Inc. The Supervisors will hold an informational meeting regarding the study on Monday, December 16, 2019 at 7:00 p.m. at the municipal building.
